We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Fire Alarm Technician to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of fire alarm systems, performing essential tasks such as programming, commissioning, and providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform service repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on fire alarm systems.
• Program and commission fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for customers, addressing any issues with their fire alarm systems.
• Respond to after-hours or emergency service calls as needed.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, including NFPA 70 and 72.
• Work with a variety of commercial fire alarm systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 2 years of experience installing and programming fire alarm systems.
• Minimum of NICET II certification (programming experience is a must).
• Experience with Honeywell NOTIFIER systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of NFPA standards (including NFPA 70 and 72) is a plus.
• Ability to work on ladders and lift equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours at a time and frequently use stairs, climbing, and descending.
