Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Irvine office operations, ensuring growth and profitability.
• Manage and develop a diverse team of engineers, planners, and other professionals.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects, from initial planning to completion.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community organizations.
• Drive marketing and business development efforts within the region to expand client base.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Land Use Planning, Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Water Resources, or Public Works.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Proven ability to market engineering services in the Irvine area.
• Master's degree in City/Regional Planning or a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, with a California PE or AICP certification.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successful team and client management.
• Active participation in professional organizations and leadership roles.
