Responsibilities: As a Senior Commercial Building Engineer, you will:

• Service, diagnose, and repair Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Provide leadership and guidance in the maintenance and operation of commercial building systems.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to address facility needs promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and service contracts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3 + years of leadership experience in commercial building maintenance or commercial HVAC service.
• EPA Certification or CFC universal refrigerant card.
• Proficiency in servicing and repairing Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, fire/sprinkler systems, plumbing, electrical, and Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
