We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Agent with at least two years of experience in Property and Casualty insurance to join our team. This role requires a highly motivated individual who excels in customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a Customer Relations Representative to ensure exceptional service levels by interacting with customers, addressing complaints, and responding to inquiries with a high degree of professionalism.
- Write and manage new property and casualty insurance business, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Utilize expert knowledge of industry products and services to offer solutions that meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience with a Property and Casualty license.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
