The Email Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns aimed at driving client acquisition, candidate engagement, and overall business growth. This role offers a small base salary with the potential for significant earnings through a generous commission structure tied to performance. Experience with Apollo software is required, as you will be using it extensively to manage and optimize campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales-Focused Campaign Management: Plan, develop, and manage email marketing campaigns designed to drive client acquisition and candidate engagement, directly impacting your commission earnings.
Strategic Planning: Develop and refine email marketing strategies that align with Archetype Permanent Solutions' goals in the recruiting industry, focusing on achieving and surpassing sales and engagement targets.
Content Development and Execution: Collaborate with the recruiting and sales teams to create compelling email content and offers that resonate with potential clients and candidates, driving conversions.
Segmentation and Personalization: Utilize data-driven insights from Apollo to segment audiences and deliver personalized email content that increases engagement and conversions within the recruitment lifecycle.
Optimization and A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests using Apollo to continuously improve email performance, including subject lines, content, call-to-actions, and timing, with a focus on maximizing recruitment outcomes and revenue.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns for better recruitment outcomes.
Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data protection laws.
Tool and CRM Management: Manage and optimize email marketing tools, including Apollo, and CRM systems, ensuring campaigns are set up for maximum effectiveness and integrated with broader recruiting and marketing strategies.
Collaboration with Sales and Recruiting Teams: Work closely with the sales and recruiting teams to align email marketing efforts with broader company goals, product launches, and promotional campaigns, directly contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing, particularly within the recruiting industry or a related field.
- Experience with Apollo software is required.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, segmentation, and personalization strategies within the context of recruitment.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for sales performance.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and campaign improvements.
- Highly motivated by the potential for commission-based earnings, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
