Job Summary:

The Collaboration Tools Specialist will be responsible for the setup, integration, and ongoing management of our communication and collaboration tools, such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other key platforms. This role is vital in enhancing communication efficiency within our recruiting teams, ultimately contributing to the success of our client placements. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience with software integration, and a deep understanding of optimizing collaboration tools for a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and other relevant platforms to meet the specific needs of Archetype Permanent Solutions.

  • Integration: Work with IT and recruiting teams to integrate collaboration tools with existing systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRMs, and other key business applications.

  • User Support: Provide ongoing support and training to employees, ensuring they can fully utilize the features and capabilities of the collaboration tools.

  • Optimization: Continuously assess the effectiveness of collaboration tools and make recommendations for improvements to enhance team communication and productivity.

  • Policy Development: Develop and enforce usage policies for collaboration tools, ensuring compliance with company standards and security protocols.

  • Troubleshooting: Quickly address and resolve any issues related to the collaboration tools, working with software vendors as needed.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate usage reports and analyze data to provide insights into tool adoption and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing collaboration tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software integration, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Experience in providing user support and training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and with all levels of staff.
  • Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g., ATS, CRM) is a plus.
