Your Contribution:

• Lead proposal development and production, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Write and edit non-technical text for proposals
• Conduct peer QA/QC reviews for proposals
• Collaborate with firm leadership and marketing team members
• Coordinate various marketing content and ensure client-specificity
• Participate in opportunity identification and tracking activities
• Assist with general marketing duties and CRM database management
• Coordinate trade shows, events, and qualification packages

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Proposal development & coordination experience preferred
• Experience in Architecture or construction firms or consulting
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), MS Office, and Bluebeam Revu
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented focus
• Exceptional organizational, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a passion for professional development
