Responsibilities

Design HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial construction projects.
Utilize Revit for system modeling and construction documents.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines.
Conduct site visits and assist with construction administration.

Requirements

5+ years of HVAC and plumbing design experience.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
Experience with Trane Trace 3D is advantageous.

Annual salary range $75,000 -$90,000 and bonuses
