Responsibilities:

Lead project development from concept to completion
Prepare project construction documents
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members
Ensure compliance with codes and regulations
Review project documentation for compliance

Qualifications:

Registered Architect
5+ years experience in community-based design
Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Sketchup
Strong communication and collaboration skills
