Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
Manage multi-media environmental compliance for natural gas operations.
Prepare and submit environmental reports
Conduct self-assessments and recommend improvements
Coordinate waste disposal and emergency responses
Communicate with staff and regulatory agencies

Requirements:

7+ years of environmental field experience
Extremely knowledgeable in understanding of the Clean Air Act, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Superfund and Amendments and Reauthorization Act (Sara Tier II), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC regulations) as they relate to Dominion natural gas operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement compliance plans
Construction experience preferable.
Availability for emergency responses and occasional travel
