We are seeking a Senior Transportation Project Manager to join our team in Folsom, CA. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee transportation engineering projects, ensuring all aspects of roadway design are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise and mentor engineering design teams.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Interact and communicate effectively with clients, public agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare fee proposals and manage contracts for transportation design projects.
• Foster business development and work to expand client base within the transportation engineering sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) and California Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer (PE).
• At least 10 years of experience in public works design, with a focus on transportation engineering; or a total of 14 years of equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience in all phases of roadway engineering, from initial planning through design and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client and public agency relationships.
• Knowledge of Caltrans District 3 processes and guidelines is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, including team supervision and budget oversight.
• Proven ability to develop new business and expand opportunities within the transportation design field.
