A leading provider of HVAC/R solutions, specializing in commercial installations, troubleshooting, and servicing is searching for HVAC/R Technicians committed to delivering top-notch service to our clients and ensuring their HVAC/R systems operate at peak performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing commercial HVAC/R equipment, systems, and units.
• EPA Universal (or EPA I & EPA II) certification is required.
• Own tools needed
• Reside within 30 miles of location.

Technician Duties:

• Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders, planning daily travel schedules, investigating complaints, conducting tests, and resolving problems.
• Establish service by studying system requirements, ordering and gathering components and parts, completing installations, and performing acceptance tests.
• Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, and recommending system improvements.
• Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
• Accomplish operations and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.

Pay and Benefits:

• Pay: $20-40/hr
