We're seeking a Financial Analyst to review and analyze routine financial data, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations. This role involves detailed account analysis, reconciliation review, and variance analysis.

Key Accountabilities:

• Review and analyze operational results and financial statements monthly.
• Recommend adjustments to financial data and provide audit schedules.
• Perform account reconciliations using BlackLine and historic accounts true-up.
• Develop financial schedules for management and external audit team.
• Propose improvements to systems and methods of work.
• Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis.
• Experience in a shared services environment required.
• Theoretical and practical understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with integrated accounting software; Oracle preferred.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations and advanced computer skills (MS Office suite).

• Salary range $78,000 - $80,000
