Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our dynamic team on a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both client development and candidate recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Development:
- Identify and engage potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Present recruitment solutions to clients and negotiate terms of service.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
Candidate Recruitment:
- Source and attract candidates using various methods (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Present qualified candidates to clients and manage the interview process.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Full Desk Management:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients and candidates.
- Meet or exceed individual and team recruitment targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or similar role in a recruitment agency.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
