Responsibilities: 

• Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and related components to ensure safe operation.
• Communicate effectively with customers and branch staff regarding repair status and schedules.
• Complete service tickets and maintain truck stock.
• Maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to company standards.
• Serve as a positive example for less experienced technicians.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience with troubleshooting and repairing commercial kitchen and refrigeration equipment.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Superb customer service skills.
• Dependable and able to work independently.
• Standard computer skills.
• Own industry-standard hand tools.
• Ability to travel extensively within the region.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays for on-call rotation.
• Mechanically inclined with a hunger to learn new techniques.
• Universal EPA certification required.
