Job Description: As the Director of Recruiting at Archetype Permanent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving our recruitment strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent to meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters, overseeing the recruitment process, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and industry professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Compensation:

  • This is a commission-based role with competitive commission rates.
