We are seeking a knowledgeable Insurance Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on insurance products, policies, and regulations. Your primary duties will include assessing clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options, and assisting with claims processing. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.

Candidate must reside in state of California. Sacramento preference.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assessing clients' insurance needs and recommending appropriate coverage options.
2. Providing detailed explanations of insurance policies and regulations.
3. Assisting clients with claims processing and resolving any issues.
4. Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
5. Collaborating with other team members to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Insurance Specialist or similar role.
2. Knowledge of various insurance products, policies, and regulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Relevant licensing as required by state regulations (e.g., Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
