Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our recruitment and staffing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating high-quality leads within the recruitment industry. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building a robust pipeline, and initiating communication through various channels, including cold emailing, social media, and specialized tools like Zoominfo, Seamless, Apollo, and Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Research & Targeting: Identify and research potential clients in the recruitment and staffing industry using various platforms (Zoominfo, Seamless, Apollo, Zoho, etc.).
  • Cold Outreach: Execute cold emailing campaigns and manage client outreach through LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the client database, ensuring that all lead generation activities are tracked and reported accurately.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously improve lead generation strategies by analyzing performance data and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • Client Engagement: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team through effective communication and outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation within the recruitment and staffing industry.
  • Proficiency in cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong experience using lead generation tools like Zoominfo, Seamless, Apollo, Zoho, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and the ability to target clients effectively.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess lead generation performance and optimize outreach efforts.
