Job Overview:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new client accounts. This role involves working with decision-makers across industries, pitching our staffing and recruitment services, and building strong, lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persistent, and excellent at closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
  • Develop customized staffing and recruitment solutions to meet clients’ unique needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and recruitment best practices.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the recruiting/staffing industry.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple business development efforts.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and other CRM tools for lead generation and client management.
  • A results-driven attitude with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a remote, flexible work environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
